Construction and Practice of Undergraduate Innovation and Entrepreneurship Tutor Team

Abstract: Under the background of“innovation and entrepreneurship”, the tutor team is the key to cultivating students’ innovation and entrepreneurship ability. At present, the existing problems in the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship tutor teams are difficult to guarantee the continuous improvement of the quality of innovation and entrepreneurship education work. Combined with the actual work, a diversified tutor team including professional course teachers, counselors and off-campus tutors can be formed, to run the work mode of“taking courses as the bridge, group meetings as the intermediate carrier, and innovation and entrepreneurship competitions as the terminal export through the whole process of undergraduate training and tutor growth, the whole cycle of innovation and entrepreneurship competitions in and out of the class”. A scientific and perfect evaluation and guarantee system can be also established, to effectively improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.
