Research on Teaching Practice of Career Planning Course for College Students Based on “Flipped Classroom”

Abstract: “Flipped classroom”is an innovative teaching model in the information age, guided by teacher inspiration, student-centered, and placing greater emphasis on the subject status of students. The construction of career development and employment guidance courses for college students is an important part of strengthening employment guidance services for college students. Applying the“flipped classroom”teaching model to the teaching of career planning courses for college students is conducive to leveraging the enormous role of emerging online media, achieving the goals of career planning courses, stimulating the learning motivation of college students in the new era, continuously improving the teaching level and quality of courses, and effectively helping students form positive and reasonable employment concepts and enhance their employability.
