Exploration of Collaborative Nurturing Mechanism between Graduate Student Supervisors and Counselors under the Joint Cultivation Mode of Schools and Institutes

Abstract: Joint cultivation of postgraduates by institutions of higher education and research institutes is an important direction in the reform of national postgraduate education in recent years. This paper explores the collaborative cultivation mechanism of joint cultivation of postgraduates by institutions of higher education and research institutes with the goal of enhancing the all-round effectiveness of postgraduates'cultivation, analyzes the current situation of collaboration between postgraduate supervisors and counsellors in cultivation under the mode of joint cultivation of institutions of higher education and research institutes, and investigates the actual possibilities of collaborative cultivation between the two. The study analyzes the current situation of collaboration between postgraduate supervisors and counselors under the joint training mode of universities and research institutes, explores the actual possibility of collaborative training between the two, and puts forward the improvement strategies for the construction of collaborative training mechanism, with a view to realizing the complementarity of the advantages of both sides and promoting the comprehensive development of postgraduates.
