Abstract: As semiconductor technology enters the post moore era, electronic science and technology majors in universities urgently needs reform. This article analyzes the current situation of course teaching in this major and finds that there are problems such as lagging course content, insufficient students'practical abilities, and lack of interdisciplinary integration, which make it difficult to meet the needs of cultivating composite talents. This article proposes reform measures to address the above issues, including establishing course objectives, restructuring course arrangements, updating teaching content, cultivating faculty, and strengthening practical teaching, to help universities cultivate scarce talents that can adapt to industrial development and promote the development of China's electronic science and technology industry.
