Strategies for Cultivating Digital Literacy of College Teachers under the Background of Educational Digital Transformation

Abstract: Cultivating digital literacy of college teachers is not only an inevitable choice to cater to the digital transformation of education, but also an important measure to innovate teaching mode and improve teaching effectiveness. This paper first introduces the connotation of digital literacy of college teachers, including the ability to collect, process and analyze digital information, and the ability to use digital technology to protect digital information security. Then, from the perspective of teaching practice, this paper selects three levels, education administration, universities and teachers, respectively, and puts forward measures such as strengthening policy support and resource guarantee, building a community to enhance teachers'digital literacy, carrying out digital literacy training projects and establishing lifelong learning awareness, which provides references for college teachers to cultivate digital literacy in the new era.
