Innovative Practice Research on the Cultivation of Employment Ability of Preschool Education Majors in Private Colleges under the Background of Industry-Education Integration—Case Study of Wuchang Institute of Technology

Abstract: An analysis of the current employment situation of preschool education graduates, combined with the new employment landscape, is conducted to enhance the employability of students majoring in preschool education. Against the backdrop of industry-education integration, and in response to the employment challenges faced by preschool education students in private colleges, Wuchang Institute of Technology has established a“tripartite linkage model”for cultivating students'employability in preschool education through school-enterprise cooperation. This model involves adjusting the professional practice system in accordance with market demands; formulating a scientific and reasonable evaluation standard for employability; and optimizing and adjusting the training model for students'employability. These measures ensure the effective implementation of school-enterprise cooperation, enhance students'employability, meet the social development's demand for preschool education professionals, and achieve smooth employment for students.
