Research on the Cultivation Path of Applied Talents for Biotechnology Major with the Improvement of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability as the Orientation

Abstract: In order to improve the matching degree between talent cultivation of higher education and social needs, this paper discusses the cultivation path of applied talents by taking the training of biotechnology professionals as an example. Through the formulation of training programs, the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship training into course teaching, organizing scientific research teams to participate in innovation and entrepreneurship competitions, professional practice and graduation thesis and other practical links, the paper summarizes how to comprehensively integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education in the process of talent training, and improve the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students. Practice shows that innovation and entrepreneurship training plays a positive role in improving college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability, cultivating applied talents and realizing college students'successful employment.
