Research on the Development Status and Improvement Strategy of College Employment and Entrepreneurship Guidance Courses

Abstract: This paper according to the current situation of employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses, improvement strategies are proposed. Through the understanding of the importance of employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses has been strengthened, the teacher training mechanism has been improved, the diversified assessment mechanism has been implemented, and the“6S” teaching model and research teaching concepts have been integrated into the teaching process of employment and entrepreneurship guidance courses and so on, the interest of college students in learning is improved, the practical ability and innovation ability of college students are cultivated, the employability and entrepreneurship of college students is improved, and college students' long-term development is promoted.
