Abstract: Medical immunology and medical microbiology are important basic medical courses, but their knowledge points are abstract. This study aims to improve the quality of teaching through the design, production, and use of teaching molds. Research has shown that in the teaching process of medical immunology, a single teaching mold has a significant improvement effect on the teaching effectiveness. The experimental group has a higher test accuracy than the control group, P<0.001, and the difference is statistically significant. In the teaching process of medical microbiology, students form small groups to create teaching molds, which have a good effect on improving the pass rate of the class, with P<0.05, and the difference is statistically significant. In the future, researchers will continue to explore more suitable teaching molds to assist teaching, and complement other teaching methods to improve teaching quality.
