Application of Online Peer Evaluation in the Evaluation of Public Emergency Courses

Abstract: Objective Explore the application of online peer evaluation video assignments in the evaluation of public emergency courses. Method Compare the online peer evaluation ratings and video assignment teacher ratings of 95 elective students in the Xuchang University, and conduct a survey on online peer evaluation using a self-made questionnaire. Result 92.64% of students believe that online peer evaluation helps them master the experimental operation process and details, 96.84% of students will conduct online peer evaluation seriously, 87.37% of students agree with the evaluation and grading of online peer evaluation for experimental video assignments, and there is a good correlation between the online peer evaluation scores for video assignments and teacher ratings (P<0.01). Conclusion In the evaluation of public emergency courses, online peer evaluation can effectively evaluate experimental video assignments.
