Abstract: The construction of new liberal arts is an important measure to cultivate interdisciplinary talents in liberal arts, which can provide strong talent support for Chinese path to modernization. Innovation and entrepreneurship education will organically integrate education orientation, subject construction, and ability enhancement, which is a feasible path for the construction of new liberal arts. At present, innovation and entrepreneurship education in universities has not been fully integrated with the construction of new liberal arts, and there is a lack of top-level design, practical platforms, and operational models. In view of this, this article constructs a“three tiered”innovation and entrepreneurship education practice model with curriculum training, enterprise training, and competition as the core, in order to provide reference for the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in management majors into the construction of new liberal arts.
