Research on the Innovation of Teachers'Diagnosis and Improvement Mechanism in Higher Vocational Colleges—Take Guangdong Mechanical and Electrical Vocational Technical College as an Example

Abstract: Strengthening the construction of teachers is the foundation of strong education, and innovating the diagnosis and improvement mechanism of higher vocational teachers is conducive to improving the quality and ability of higher vocational teachers, and better implementing the fundamental task of higher vocational education. Taking Guangdong Vocational and Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering as an example, SWOT analysis is used to clarify the basis of teacher team development, through the formulation of target chain and standard chain, the innovative design of“8-character quality improvement spiral”, the construction of diagnosis and reform data guarantee platform, and the formation of a quality guarantee mechanism for teacher diagnosis and improvement. It provides a powerful supplement to optimize the quality assurance system of talent training in higher vocational colleges.
