Construction of“One-Core Four-Drive”Innovative Talent Training Model for Biological Majors in Local Agricultural Colleges

Abstract: Biotechnology talents are very important to promote agricultural and rural development and industrial progress, and the collaboration between production, learning and research is an important measure to serve the needs of the industry and improve the comprehensive quality and practical innovation ability of college students. Starting from improving the social demand of biological professionals, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current teaching mode, explores new ideas and ideas for the cultivation of innovative modern agricultural biotechnology talents, and aims at the outstanding problems existing in the training process of modern agricultural biotechnology talents, making full use of the advantages of disciplinary resources and focusing on the cultivation of innovative application talents. Through the four driving forces of discipline, platform, project and mechanism, the“one-core four-drive”application innovative talent training model is built. Reform and practice in the aspects of personnel training positioning, curriculum system, teaching model, innovation practice platform, industry-university-research collaborative education system and mechanism will improve the practical and innovative ability of biological professionals, cultivate professionals who adapt to the development of agriculture and rural areas in the new era, and provide talent support for the development of modern agricultural biotechnology industry in Shandong and even the whole country.
