Exploration and Practice of “Four-Drive and Four-Integration” Stable Employment Based on the Cultivation of College Students’ Employment Competitiveness

Abstract: As a direct criterion to test the quality of talents training in colleges and universities, the employment competitiveness of college students directly determines the future employment direction of graduates to a large extent in the employment stage, and indirectly reflects the standard and idea of employers in selecting talents. Based on the cultivation of college students'employment competitiveness, the“four-drive and four-integration”stable employment talent training mode gives full play to the advantages of government guidance, enterprise orientation, family cooperation and school dominance, establishing the“four-drive linkage”of government, school, enterprise and family, and actively expands the new way of co-education of school, government, family and enterprise. Colleges and universities further play a good role as a bridge, doing a good job in integrating of professional education and ideological and political education, professional education and innovation and entrepreneurship education, school and government, school and enterprise, effectively enhance the employment competitiveness of college students, and then alleviate the current employment pressure.
