Application of Mind Mapping in Teaching in Vocational Colleges

Abstract: Mind mapping is a visual graphical thinking tool that expresses divergent thinking. It is based on the central theme, branches out related themes, and then further subdivides into sub themes and related viewpoints. When constructing a mind map, different symbols, colors, and connecting lines can be used to represent different relationships and levels, providing a clearer understanding and display of the process and structure of thinking. Using mind maps as a display tool for teachers' teaching and a tool for students'learning is not only beneficial for improving teaching efficiency, but also for students to improve learning effectiveness and enhance their comprehensive abilities and qualities.
