Research on the Integration of Green Development Concept into Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education for College Students

Abstract: Green development has become a strategic goal and direction for national development in the new era, and the starting point of innovation and entrepreneurship education is to cultivate students'employment and innovation and entrepreneurship skills in order to align with society development needs. Integrating the concept of green development into university student innovation and entrepreneurship education is based on the needs of national development in the new era to cultivate future talents. This article analyzes the necessity of integrating the concept of green development into innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students based on the characteristics of universities. It clarifies the prominent problems in current green innovation and entrepreneurship education in terms of student green awareness, green innovation and entrepreneurship cognition, university attention, quality of implementation, and teaching staff. Targeted exploration is conducted on the path of integrating the concept of green development into innovation and entrepreneurship education for college students from the aspects of establishing green concepts, improving training systems, strengthening teaching staff, creating practical platforms, creating green culture, and establishing evaluation mechanisms.
