Abstract: According to the demand of the new robot engineering major, this paper studies the current situation of robot talents training in China. From two aspects of industry requirements, technical requirements of robot technology talent demand is analyzed, the reference key colleges and universities, the robot professional personnel training mode of the enterprise, puts forward the generic technology and key technology, with innovative thinking and innovative ability of the robot industry complex talent training mode, to create a robot based on interdisciplinary knowledge fusion theory teaching, practice teaching level tumble module, project oriented extracurricular practice teaching mode.
