Abstract: The cooperation between universities and enterprises can solve the contradiction of "mismatch between supply and demand" of current tourism management professionals to a large extent, and can better train talents to adapt to the development of modern tourism. Therefore, more and more universities begin to seek cooperation with enterprises. However, due to various factors, there are many problems in the cooperation process, which affect the training effect of tourism management professionals. Based on this, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the school-enterprise cooperation of university tourism management specialty, and probes into the ways to deepen the school-enterprise cooperation of university tourism management specialty, so as to improve the quality of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training of university tourism management specialty.
