Abstract: On the premise of formulating the integrated personnel training program of middle and higher vocational education, taking the network operation system course of secondary vocational education as an example, the professional qualification standards and post ability training dominated by industry and enterprise are run through the whole course standard development, providing practical research experience for solving the problems of content repetition, level confusion and order reversal existing in the course system connection of middle and higher vocational education.
