Abstract: College students' rural innovation and entrepreneurship is an important part of higher education, With the development of rejuvenating environment in northeast China, to solve the problem of college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in rural areas, we must face up to the shortcomings, and supplement with reasonable countermeasures, in order to fundamentally train qualified talents for the society. This study starts from the concept of college students' rural innovation and entrepreneurship, and then analyzes the development status and existing shortcomings of college students' rural innovation and entrepreneurship in the context of the revitalization of northeast China, trying to put forward the innovation path of "solutions", so as to provide feasible reference for college students' rural innovation and entrepreneurship.
