Analysis on the Main Factors Affecting the Quality Management of College Students 'Graduation Thesis

Abstract: The writing of undergraduate thesis is the final link of undergraduate talents training. This paper discusses the problems in the quality of graduation thesis writing from three aspects: the creator of graduation thesis, the director of graduation thesis, and the teaching management of graduation thesis. The analysis shows that the students 'writing attitude is not correct, the thesis topic selection and the deviation of the teacher's research direction have caused the teacher's thesis guidance level to decline, and the lack of learning time caused by the over lapping of multiple tasks has caused the insufficient input of the thesis creators. The lack of necessary research and writing ability training is the main reason that affects the quality of thesis writing. Correcting students 'attitude to the graduation thesis, improving the compatibility between the thesis topics and the research direction of teachers, and increasing the cultivation of scientific research and writing skills are important ways to improve the quality of graduation papers in the future.
