Exploration on the Training Path of College Students' Professional Literacy based on Simulated Company Model

Abstract: The professional quality of college students has an important influence on their job search and career development. The application of simulated company model in the second classroom is an innovative exploration of college students' professional quality education. A simulated company makes itself similar to modern enterprises through project management, which is beneficial to the improvement of college students' professional ability and workplace adaptability. Design thinking is used by the simulated company to improving students' innovative ability and teamwork ability. The various staff training is also very important to improve the professional ability of the members of the simulated company and to ensure the corporate efficiency and high standard, and then form a virtuous circle of improving the professional quality of college students and the corporate efficiency of the simulated company.
