Abstract: In recent years, the development of tourism has taken on new forms. Many secondary vocational schools have explored the talent training mode of tourism management. "Application type, innovation type and compound type" are not only the requirement of tourism industry for professional talents, but also the key factor for each secondary vocational school's tourism management major to cultivate excellent talents. This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship education of the Tourism Management Specialty in secondary vocational school, and puts forward the training countermeasures for the innovation and entrepreneurship talents of the Tourism Management Specialty in secondary vocational school, so as to help the tourism education in secondary vocational school develop better and faster.
