Research on the Integration of College Students' Employability Cultivation and Curriculum Study

Abstract

Abstract: For college students, the cultivation of employability is the urgent and prime measure to enhance their competition, which can make them easier in the current labor market. The study of employers' investigation in Hainan province has shown that employability should be integrated into both compulsory and elective courses, internship should be strengthened, only in these way, the college students' employability could be promoted, and therefore, they can get succeed in their career life in the future.
