Implementation Strategy and Research of Applied Collabo Rative Innovation Center in Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Kangdi New Energy Collaborative Innovation Center of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Based on the State Council's Circular on issuing the Implementation Plan for National Vocational Education Reform, China Development (2019) No. 4, this paper regards collaborative innovation as the connecting point for the construction of professional groups in higher vocational colleges and the evolution of the mode of talent training. This paper analyzes the new orientation and implementation strategy of the application of collaborative innovation center in higher vocational colleges, constructs a new system based on regional economy, follows the development of industry, and reconstructs the mode of talent training in schools. Taking the plan and establishment process of Kandi New Energy Collaborative Innovation Center of Hangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example, the implementation strategy is analyzed.
