Abstract: As an important evaluation index for talent training, graduate employment is related to whether talents can be used by the society, and whether graduates can find a satisfactory job. Under the new era, the employment guidance and service of graduate students in engineering colleges should adhere to the principle of “people-oriented”, guided by actual needs, and based on research, innovate graduate employment guidance from three aspects: information construction, team building and career counseling,to improve graduate employment.
