Analysis on the Employment Reform and Innovation of College Computer Graduates——Taking Computer College of Z University in Henan Province as an Example

Abstract

Abstract: Under the new situation, graduate employment of college graduates is great significance to the college students and even the whole society. Taking a university in Henan Province as an example, this paper analyses the current graduate employment of computer specialty in Colleges and universities by understanding the new trends of graduate employment of computer specialty, and puts forward new working measures. And strategies to help college students find jobs, provide references for computer graduates employment and personnel training, and promote the employment of graduates.
