摘要: 在创新驱动发展战略深入推进的新时期,高校作为创新人才培育的基地,亟须构建与新质生产力发展相适配的创新创业人才培养体系。该文重新界定了创新创业人才的核心素养维度,系统梳理了培养模式改革的实践原则,从理念革新、产教融合、教学创新、数字赋能4个维度,探索构建“目标—过程—评价”一体化的培养模式改革策略,为破解人才供需结构性矛盾提供理论参考与实践路径。

Abstract: In the new era of deepening innovation-driven development, universities, as the base for nurturing innovative talents, urgently need to establish a talent cultivation system that aligns with the development of new productive forces. This paper redefines the core competencies of innovative and entrepreneurial talents and systematically reviews the practical principles of reforming the training model. It explores strategies for reforming the training model from four dimensions: concept innovation, integration of industry and education, teaching innovation, and digital empowerment, aiming to provide theoretical references and practical approaches to address the structural contradictions in talent supply and demand
