Research on Innovation of Foreign Language Teaching Mode in Private Universities under the Background of Artificial Intelligence

摘要: 外语教育是高等教育的重要组成部分,尤其在当今经济全球化和信息化背景下,民办高校的外语教育模式创新对于提高教育质量和培养符合社会需求的人才具有重要作用。该文深入探讨人工智能背景下民办高校外语教学模式的创新与应用,发现当前民办高校外语教学存在三个核心问题,提出以智慧课堂为基础的递进式混合教学模式。实践表明:该模式显著提升了教学效果、优化了教师教学策略和学生学习行为,但仍需提升技术工具的易用性,为民办高校外语教学改革提供了理论支持和实践指导。

Abstract: Foreign language education is an important component of higher education, especially in the context of economic globalization and informatization. Innovative foreign language education models in private universities play an important role in improving education quality and cultivating talents that meet social needs. This article delves into the innovation and application of foreign language teaching models in private universities under the background of artificial intelligence, and identifies three core issues in current foreign language teaching in private universities. It proposes a progressive blended learning model based on smart classrooms. Practice has shown that this model significantly improves teaching effectiveness, optimizes teacher teaching strategies and student learning behavior, but there is still a need to improve the usability of technical tools. This study provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the reform of foreign language teaching in private universities.
