摘要: 该文以长春财经学院金融工程专业中外合作办学为例,通过“现状分析—问题研究—对策研究”的研究思路,对其人才培养模式进行探究,主要从人才培养目标、高层次人才及中外教师协作3个角度对其现存问题进行分析,并提出相应对策建议,以期为其他民办高等教育中外合作办学提供借鉴,满足吉林省民办高校对高素质国际化人才的需求。

Abstract: This paper takes the Sino-foreign cooperative education program of the financial engineering major in Changchun University of Finance and Economics as an example. Following the research approach of“current situation analysis - problem research - countermeasure research”, it explores its talent cultivation model. It mainly analyzes the existing problems from three perspectives: talent cultivation objectives, high-level talents, and collaboration between Chinese and foreign teachers, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions. It is expected to provide some reference for other private higher education institutions in Sino-foreign cooperative education, so as to meet the needs of private universities in Jilin Province for high-quality international talents.
