摘要: 随着我国高等职业教育的快速发展,民办高职院校在教育领域中的地位日益重要,但是,在师资队伍建设方面存在诸多问题与挑战。该文通过探究当前民办高职院校师资队伍建设过程中存在的问题,进而从人力资源管理的视角出发,探索民办高职院校师资队伍建设策略,以期为提升民办高职院校师资队伍素质提供参考。

Abstract: With the rapid development of higher vocational education in China, the position of private vocational colleges in the field of education is becoming increasingly important. However, private vocational colleges have many problems and challenges in the construction of their teaching staff. This article aims to explore the current situation, causes of problems, and countermeasures of the construction of teaching staff in private vocational colleges from the perspective of human resource management, in order to provide reference for improving the quality of teaching staff.
