摘要: 该文基于数字经济时代对贸易行业的影响,从知识能力、跨文化交流能力、实践创新能力等方面出发,阐述数字经济发展对国际经济与贸易人才的新需求;依据当前本科院校国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式的现状,针对人才培养模式在目标定位、课程设置、实践教学及师资能力等方面存在的主要问题,通过清晰定位培养目标、优化课程体系、创新“五位一体”的新模式以及加强复合型师资队伍建设等,提出国际经济与贸易专业人才培养模式创新的路径。

Abstract: Based on the impact of the digital economy era on the trade industry, this article elaborates on the new demand for international economic and trade talents in the digital economy development from the aspects of knowledge ability, cross-cultural communication ability, and practical innovation ability; Based on the current situation of the talent training mode for international economics and trade majors in undergraduate colleges, this paper proposes an innovative path for the talent training mode of international economics and trade majors by clarifying the training objectives, optimizing the curriculum system, innovating the “five in one”new mode, and strengthening the construction of a composite teaching staff, in order to address the main problems in target positioning, curriculum design, practical teaching, and faculty capabilities.
