摘要: 当前职业院校教师在数字胜任力提升过程中,普遍存在认知偏差、能力定位模糊、培训模式固化单一、评价激励机制不完善等问题,不仅制约了教师自身数字能力的提升,也影响了数字技术与职业教育教学实践的深度融合。该文以职业院校教师数字胜任力提升为研究核心,旨在探索提升教师数字胜任力的有效策略,以期为职业院校优化教师数字能力培养体系提供实践参考。

Abstract: In the current process of enhancing digital competence among vocational college teachers, there are generally problems such as cognitive bias, vague ability positioning, rigid and single training mode, and imperfect evaluation and incentive mechanism. These problems not only restrict the improvement of teachers'own digital abilities, but also affect the deep integration of digital technology and vocational education teaching practice. This article focuses on enhancing the digital competence of vocational college teachers, aiming to explore effective strategies for improving their digital competence and provide practical references for optimizing the teacher digital competence training system in vocational colleges.
