校企“双元”并重的产教融合深化体系构建实践与研究——以无锡商业职业技术学院为例

摘要: 为促进教育链、人才链与产业链、创新链有机衔接,无锡商业职业技术学院先后实施校企合作促进计划和产教深度融合推进工程,创新产教融合工作机制,优化产教融合育人载体,拓展产教融合育人视域,创新产教融合育人模式,加强产教融合育人理论和应用研究,在校企“双元”并重的理念下,探索产教融合、校企合作,在人才培养、专业建设、实训室基地、双师培养、科研创新平台建设等方面进行了探索和实践,并取得了良好的效果,为产教融合、校企合作提供实践支撑。

Abstract: In order to promote the organic connection between the education chain, talent chain, industry chain, and innovation chain, Wuxi Vocational Institute of Commerce has successively implemented the school enterprise cooperation promotion plan and the industry education deep integration promotion project, innovated the mechanism of industry education integration, optimized the carrier of industry education integration education, expanded the perspective of industry education integration education, innovated the mode of industry education integration education, strengthened the theoretical and applied research of industry education integration education, explored industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation under the concept of“dual emphasis”between schools and enterprises, and made explorations and practices in talent cultivation, professional construction, training room bases,“dual teacher”training, scientific research and innovation platform construction, etc, and achieved good results, providing practical support for industry education integration and school enterprise cooperation.
