摘要: 为培养推动现代农业发展的技术技能型人才,该文以涉农职业院校为研究对象,聚焦专业课程标准与职业标准体系建设,从制定、实施、修订、评价4个环节深入剖析其建设过程中面临的挑战,基于产教融合理念提出“五维对接模型”,旨在通过职业技能导向的课程重构、产教融合教材开发、“双师型”队伍建设等路径,形成具有农业特色的课程标准动态调整机制,为涉农职业教育改革提供理论和实践支持。

Abstract: To cultivate technical and skilled talents that drive the development of modern agriculture, this study focuses on agricultural vocational colleges, with an emphasis on the construction of professional curriculum standards and occupational standard systems. It conducts an in-depth analysis of the practical challenges encountered during their formulation, implementation, revision, and evaluation. Guided by the concept of industry-education integration, a“five-dimensional alignment model”is proposed. This model aims to establish a dynamic adjustment mechanism for agricultural curriculum standards through competency-oriented curriculum restructuring, industry-education integrated teaching material development, and dual-qualified faculty development. This study offers both theoretical foundations and practical guidance to advance the reform of agricultural vocational education.
