摘要: 该文以航空新能源产业发展需求为导向,对传统航空能源专业的转型路径进行了分析,提出了构建航空新能源专业集群的方案,确定了专业人才培养模式;打造跨行业、跨专业的专业集群,构建以能力培养为核心的人才培养模式,形成产业、技术、专业相衔接的专业集群,为传统工科类专业转型升级提供借鉴,为学生跨专业创新实践能力的提升提供支撑。

Abstract: Guided by the development needs of aviation new energy industry, this paper analyzes the transformation path of the existing traditional aviation energy majors, puts forward a plan for building aviation new energy professional clusters, and studies and determines the professional talent training mode: creating cross-industry and cross-professional professional clusters, bailding a talent training model with ability training as the core, forming a professional cluster that connects industry, technology and profession, which can provide reference for the transformation and upgrading of traditional engineering majors, and provide support for the improvement of cross-professional innovation and practice ability.
