摘要: 我国在不同层面开展了对终身教育资历框架建设的探索,在框架、标准建设方面取得了一定的成效,但在学习成果积累与转换应用实践方面的进展仍然比较缓慢。该文以广东省终身教育资历框架为指导,探索通过将职业培训平台的培训、技能水平等级证书、业绩引入高职的职业教育中,实现学习成果从职业院校到用人单位职业场景的贯通,实践终身教育学分银行学习成果的积累与转换应用。

Abstract: China has explored the construction of lifelong education qualification frameworks at different levels and achieved certain results in framework and standard construction. However, progress in accumulating learning outcomes and applying them in practice is still relatively slow. This article is guided by the Guangdong Province Lifelong Education Qualification Framework, exploring the integration of vocational training platform training, skill level certificates, and performance into vocational education in higher vocational education, to achieve the connection of learning outcomes from vocational colleges to employers'occupational scenarios, and to practice the accumulation and transformation of learning outcomes in lifelong education credit banks.
