Abstract: With the overall advancement of Chinese path to modernization and the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, the economic and social model of the county town has gradually changed, and production factors such as talents, technology and capital have begun to return to the countryside. Guiding rural youth to return home and start businesses is a process of empowering the rural revitalization strategy, which has strategic value, educational value, and practical value. This article explores the breakthrough point of rural youth returning to their hometowns for entrepreneurship practice from four dimensions: policy empowerment, environmental empowerment, team strengthening, and talent gathering, in order to help promote rural revitalization and development.
