Teaching Reform of Translation Courses in “ASEAN Languages + Law” under the Background of New Liberal Arts

摘要: 随着我国与东盟国家在经贸往来、跨境安全治理、司法交流、法务人员培训等涉外领域合作的不断深入,东盟语种与法律的桥梁作用愈加显著,对既精通东盟语种又具备法律专业知识的复合型人才的需求日渐增长。该文聚焦新文科建设,深入探讨当前“东盟语种+法律”翻译类课程教学的现状、改革的必要性与可行性,并提出针对性的改革策略,以期为该类课程的翻译教学改革提供有益的参考。

Abstract: With the continuous deepening of cooperation between China and ASEAN countries in foreign-related fields such as economic and trade exchanges, cross-border security governance, judicial exchanges, and legal personnel training, the bridging role of ASEAN languages and laws has become increasingly significant, and the demand for composite talents who are proficient in ASEAN languages and have legal professional knowledge is growing. This article focuses on the construction of new liberal arts, deeply explores the current situation, necessity, and feasibility of reform in the teaching of translation courses for“ASEAN languages + law”, and proposes targeted reform strategies, in order to provide useful references for the reform of translation teaching for such courses.
