Exploring the Path of Knowledge Integration Across Multiple Systems Diseases in PBL Teaching—Based on the Experience of Constructing Cases for School-Level Quality Engineering Projects

摘要: 该文依托校级质量工程项目“PBL 教学案例建设项目——‘无力承受’的疾患”,在临床医学“5+3”一体化专业的一门跨系统整合PBL课程——多系统疾病PBL整合课程中进行实践,探索“基于问题的学习”(PBL)教学模式中多系统疾病知识融合的实施路径。多系统疾病PBL整合课程以真实临床病例为主线,整合解剖、生理、病理等多学科内容并引入双导师协同指导机制,阶段性实践显示:该路径有效提升了学生的知识整合能力、临床思维与自主学习水平,同时促进了教师教学角色转变与专业发展。课程仍处于完善阶段,未来可结合新医科理念,拓展病案资源、融合虚拟仿真技术,为复合型医学人才培养提供实践参考。

Abstract: Based on a university-level quality engineering program“PBL teaching case construction project—‘unbearable'disease”, this study explores the implementation path of multi-system disease knowledge integration in the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model of integrated PBL for multiple system diseases course. Taking real clinical cases as the core, the integrated PBL for multiple system diseases course integrates multidisciplinary content such as anatomy, physiology, and pathology, and adopts a dual-tutor collaborative guidance mechanism. Phased practice shows this path effectively enhances students'knowledge integration ability, clinical thinking, and autonomous learning skills, while advancing teachers'teaching role transformation and professional development. Still in the improvement stage, the course will further incorporate the new medical science concept, expand medical case resources, and integrate virtual simulation technology to offer practical reference for training interdisciplinary medical talents.
