摘要: 该文结合职教出海战略与云南面向南亚、东南亚国家的区位优势,聚焦云南高职院校教师实践教学能力不强的问题,分析标准输出与本土适配不平衡、跨界实践能力不足、国际化生态融入欠缺等核心挑战,构建“双向赋能、跨界培育、协同提升”的多元机制,整合院校、企业、海外合作方等多元主体资源,聚焦跨境教学本土化转化、校企协同实践、数字化教学赋能等关键环节,为优化教师能力培育路径提供支撑,旨在助力云南高职院校高质量推进职教出海。

Abstract: Combining the strategy of vocational education going global with Yunnan's geographical advantages facing South Asia and Southeast Asia country, this paper focuses on the issue of weak practical teaching abilities of teachers in Yunnan's vocational colleges. It analyzes the core challenges such as the imbalance between standard output and local adaptation, insufficient cross-border practical ability, and inadequate integration into the international ecosystem, and builds a multi-mechanism of “mutual empowerment, cross-border cultivation, and collaborative improvement”. By integrating resources from multiple entities such as educational institutions, enterprises, and overseas partners, and focusing on key links like the localization transformation of cross-border teaching, collaborative practices between schools and enterprises, and digital teaching empowerment, provide support for optimizing the path of teacher ability cultivation, with the goal of assisting Yunnan's vocational colleges in promoting high-quality vocational education going global.
