摘要: 为解决高职大数据专业人才培养与产业实际需求脱节的问题,该文立足产业需求,分析高职大数据人才的核心胜任力构成,揭示其在技术硬技能与职业软实力上的具体要求,强调将企业真实项目与行业标准深度融入教学全过程,旨在构建一个从知识学习到能力内化的闭环培养生态,为高职院校深化大数据专业产教融合、优化人才培养模式提供实施策略与理论参考。

Abstract: To solve the problem of the disconnect between talent cultivation in the big data major of vocational colleges and the actual needs of the industry, this article is based on industry demand analysis, analyzing the core competency composition of big data talents in vocational colleges, revealing their specific requirements in technical hard skills and professional soft power, emphasizing the deep integration of real enterprise projects and industry standards into the entire teaching process, aiming to build a closed-loop training ecology from knowledge learning to ability internalization, and provide implementation strategies and theoretical references for vocational colleges to deepen the integration of industry and education in the big data major and optimize talent training models.
