Research on the Construction of Practical Curriculum System for Modern Logistics Management Major in Higher Vocational Education Based on Modern Apprenticeship System under OBE Concept

摘要: 当前,物流职业教育教学模式普遍以传统学科知识为导向,导致所培养的人才难以充分适应行业发展的实际需求。实践教学作为高等职业教育专业教学体系的关键环节,承载着培养高素质技能型人才的重要使命。该文基于成果导向教育(OBE)理念,聚焦现代学徒制育人过程中存在的主要问题,从基于现代学徒制的实践课程体系构建路径、实践课程的质量评估及持续改进策略等方面展开研究,尝试构建高职现代物流管理专业实践课程体系,以为职业教育实践教学改革提供参考。

Abstract: Currently, the teaching model in logistics vocational education is predominantly oriented towards traditional disciplinary knowledge, resulting in cultivated talents often failing to adequately meet the practical demands of industry development. As a crucial component of the professional teaching system in higher vocational education, practical teaching undertakes the significant mission of fostering high-quality skilled talents. Based on the Outcome-Based Education (OBE) philosophy, this paper focuses on the main issues in the modern apprenticeship training process. It explores research from the perspectives of constructing a practical curriculum system rooted in modern apprenticeship, quality assessment of practical courses, and continuous improvement strategies, aiming to develop a practical curriculum system for the modern logistics management major in higher vocational education, providing references for the reform of practical teaching in vocational education.
