摘要: 在“双高”计划推动职业教育高质量发展的背景下,电子专业人才培养面临实践能力不足、产教融合深度不够等挑战。该文以江西省“双高”院校——吉安职业技术学院的电子专业为例,构建“赛教结合、校企共育”的创新模式。实践表明:该模式通过学科竞赛体系搭建、校企资源共建共享、思政教育与职业素养融合等方式,显著提升了学生的创新能力与实践水平,同时增强了校企合作的黏性,为地方产业输送了高素质的技术技能人才。

Abstract: Under the background of the“Double High-Level”Plan promoting the high-quality development of vocational education, the cultivation of electronic specialty talents faces challenges such as insufficient practical abilities and a lack of depth in the integration of industry and education. Taking the electronic specialty of Jian Vocational and Technical College, a“Double High-Level”institution in Jiangxi Province, as an example, this paper constructs an innovative model of“competition-education integration and school-enterprise collaboration”. Practice demonstrates that this model, through establishing a discipline competition system, collaborative development and sharing of school-enterprise resources, and integrating ideological education with professional competencies, has significantly enhanced students'innovation capabilities and practical skills. It has also strengthened the cohesion of school-enterprise partnerships, thereby providing high-quality technical and skilled talents for local industries.
