Construction of the 3C3I Innovation Training System Based on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents

摘要: 针对普通高校学生创新实践活动缺乏引导性、系统性教育等问题,该文提出3C3I创新训练体系建设。3C3I创新训练体系以课程为载体,以训练为抓手,以竞赛为主题,通过不断革新,推进学生作品产品化,最终实现产业化,从而实现学生创新能力的全生命周期培养。创新能力的培养离不开对知识与技能的学习,基于KAPIV理念,构建创新课程群,通过项目制教学模式使学生的创新能力得到系统化培养。

Abstract: To deal with the issues of lacking of guidance and systematic education in innovation practice activities among college students, the 3C3I innovation training system have been proposed. The 3C3I innovation training system takes courses as its carrier, training as its means, and competitions as its theme. Through continuous innovation, it advances the productization and eventual industrialization of students'works, thereby achieving full lifecycle cultivation of students'innovative capabilities. The cultivation of innovation ability is inseparable from the learning of knowledge and skills. Based on the KAPIV concept, the innovation training curriculum group is constructed,and the students'innovation ability is systematically cultivated through the project teaching model.
