摘要: 当前湖北省数字经济生产总值占比加大,对区域内相关人才培养标准提出更高要求,然而,目前民办高校的部分经管类课程发展情况与之不匹配。为有效解决这一问题,湖北民办高校需要充分发挥在机制、资源配置等方面的独特优势,精准把握区域内经济发展对经管类人才的具体需求,明确人才培养的定位和方向;在当前数智化技术迅速发展的形势下,积极探索和创新人才培养模式,打造具有鲜明特色和区域适应性的人才培养体系,更好地服务地方经济发展。

Abstract: At present, the proportion of digital economy in Hubei Province's GDP is increasing, which puts forward higher requirements for talent cultivation standards in the region. However, the development of some management courses in private universities does not match it. To effectively solve this problem, private universities in Hubei need to fully leverage their unique advantages in mechanisms, resource allocation, etc., accurately grasp the specific needs of regional economic development for management talents, and clarify the positioning and direction of talent cultivation; In the current situation of rapid development of digitalization technology, actively exploring and innovating talent training models, creating a talent training system with distinctive characteristics and regional adaptability, and better serving local economic development.
