云南高职院校英语教师混合式教学能力调查研究

Investigation into the Blended Teaching Competency of English Teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan

摘要: 该文基于TPACK理论编制了高职英语教师混合式教学能力评价量表,并对云南省高职院校英语教师的混合式教学能力开展了调查研究。结果表明:(1)教师的混合式教学能力发展不均衡,涉及相关技术的知识与能力相对薄弱,制约了整体教学能力的提升;(2)教师在融合技术的学科知识与能力维度表现出显著的地区差异,在技术知识与能力维度存在显著的职称差异;(3)教师的学科素养、教学素养及数字素养随着教学经验的积累提升,混合式教学能力的多个要素因此呈现出显著的教龄差异。研究结果为该地区高职院校制定混合式教学能力提升策略提供了依据。

Abstract: A blended teaching competency scale for vocational college English teachers was developed based on the TPACK theory, and an investigation was conducted with this instrument in higher vocational colleges in Yunnan province. The results indicate that vocational college English teachers in this area have not achieved balanced development in their blended teaching competency. Their knowledge and skills related to relevant technology are relatively weak, which hinders the enhancement of their overall teaching competency. Additionally, teachers show significant regional differences in technology-integrated content knowledge and skills, as well as professional rank differences in technological knowledge and skills. As teachers accumulate teaching experience, their disciplinary literacy, pedagogical proficiency and digital literacy improve, which results in marked differences between more and less experienced teachers in most dimensions of blended teaching competency. These findings provide a basis for local vocational colleges to develop strategies intended to enhance their English teachers'blended teaching competency.
