摘要: 在新质生产力推动护理专业高质量发展的背景下,护理教育改革越来越受到重视。护理专业产教融合已成为培养高素质人才、推动护理行业创新和对接教育与产业的重要策略。面对教师重科研和轻教学、学校教育供给侧单向驱动和行业产业主导动力不足的问题,为培养具有实践能力、创新能力的复合型人才,需推进护理专业开展产教融合。该文主要分析新质生产力驱动下护理专业产教融合实践路径,旨在为今后护理教育的改革、护理专业人才培养质量的提高提供参考和借鉴。

Abstract: Against the backdrop of promoting high-quality development of nursing profession through new quality productivity, nursing education reform is receiving increasing attention. The integration of industry and education in nursing has become an important strategy for cultivating high-quality talents, promoting innovation in the nursing industry, and connecting education and industry. In the face of the problems of teachers'emphasis on scientific research and neglect of teaching, one-way drive from the supply side of school education, and insufficient driving force from industry and industry, it is necessary to promote the integration of nursing industry and education in order to cultivate compound talents with practical and innovative abilities. This article mainly analyzes the practical path of the integration of industry and education in nursing under the drive of new quality productivity, aiming to provide reference and inspiration for the reform of nursing education and the improvement of the quality of nursing talent training in the future.
