Abstract: In the era of vigorous development of new quality productive forces,digital technology has been deeply integrated into the asset appraisal industry, and the limitations of the traditional appraisal model and the contradiction between supply and demand of talents have become more and more obvious. By analyzing the challenges and opportunities brought to the industry by the new quality productivity in technology, business, market and other dimensions, this paper clarifies the capabilities required by asset appraisal talents under the requirements of digital literacy, and cooperates with the construction of a new talent training model, and is committed to conveying high-quality talents for the industry to adapt to the development of new quality productivity, and pushing the asset appraisal industry to a new stage of high-quality development.
