摘要: 在“双创”战略深入推进与汽车产业加速转型升级的背景下,汽车技术服务与营销专业对人才创新能力的需求日益凸显。该文聚焦该专业混合式教学模式的构建,以创新能力培养为核心,通过分析汽车产业转型对人才创新能力的具体要求,结合现有教学模式存在的问题,提出三维目标体系、设计模式框架及运行流程,并明确创新能力融入的具体路径;同时,构建实践保障体系,为提升汽车技术服务与营销专业人才培养质量提供理论与实践参考,对推动职业教育与产业需求的精准对接具有重要意义。

Abstract: Under the background of the in-depth advancement of the“mass entrepreneurship and innovation”strategy and the accelerated transformation and upgrading of the automotive industry, the demand for talent innovation ability in the automotive technology service and marketing major is increasingly prominent. This article focuses on the construction of a blended teaching model for this major, with the cultivation of innovation ability as the core. By analyzing the specific requirements for talent innovation ability in the transformation of the automotive industry and combining the existing problems in the teaching model, a three-dimensional goal system is proposed, a model framework and operation process are designed, and the specific paths for integrating innovation ability are clarified. At the same time, a practical guarantee system is constructed to provide theoretical and practical references for improving the quality of talent cultivation in the automotive technology service and marketing major, which is of great significance for promoting the precise connection between vocational education and industrial demands.
